When you create an account or place an order, we collect:
We do not collect or store payment card details. All payment data is processed and stored securely by Stripe. When you pay, you are entering your card details directly into Stripe's secure environment. We only receive a confirmation of payment and a transaction reference.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your message content for any purpose other than running the test you paid for.
OOATS runs your message variants as sponsored content on LinkedIn. The ads are placed from the OOATS LinkedIn account - you do not need a LinkedIn Ads Manager account. LinkedIn may collect data about users who see or interact with these ads in accordance with LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
The targeting parameters we use are standard LinkedIn audience targeting. No personally identifiable data about the LinkedIn users who see your ads is shared with you - you receive aggregated engagement metrics only.
We use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools to understand how visitors use the OOATS website. This data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or browser extensions.
We retain your account data and test results for as long as your account is active. If you want your data removed, you can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@ooats.io. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ooats.io.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the platform. Continued use of OOATS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
