OOATS is an audience testing service. You submit message variants, we run them as LinkedIn sponsored content from the OOATS account, and you receive engagement data showing which variant performed best. OOATS is operated by Energy & Matter.
By using OOATS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering. OOATS reserves the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these terms.
Each test costs $199. Payment is required upfront before a test begins. All payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Once your ad campaign has gone live on LinkedIn, no refund is available for that test. If we are unable to run your test for reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund.
You retain ownership of the message variants you submit. By submitting content, you grant OOATS a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of running your test.
You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or LinkedIn's advertising policies. OOATS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any test where the submitted content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of platform policies.
Tests are run via LinkedIn sponsored content from the OOATS LinkedIn account. OOATS controls the ad account and targeting. You will not have direct access to the LinkedIn campaign. Results are delivered as a data report through the OOATS platform.
Engagement outcomes depend on your audience, your message quality, and LinkedIn's ad auction. OOATS does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or a statistically significant winner. We will always aim to maximize the data quality of your test.
The OOATS platform, methodology, reports, and all associated materials are owned by Energy & Matter. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the service without written permission.
OOATS is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Energy & Matter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of OOATS will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific test in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of OOATS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
